HEART (Heart Animal Rescue Team CIC) was founded by Hannah Bolton after finding there was a need for support within Essex for wildlife. Hannah has been rehabbing and rescuing animals for 4 years or more, nearly 2 years go she also started to rescue domestic animals and her team has grown and got stronger. The team mean everything to Hannah and we all play our part wither its accounts, admin, donations and Facebook, fundraising events, Instagram and to everyone running around as part of the team doing more than human possible. Hannah thanks everyone in the team as this wouldn't be do able without them.
